Annie Su
Lead Teacher & Founder
Ms. Annie has served as a Montessori lead teacher and training assistant for over 10 years. She had a B.A. in Music Education before she took Montessori Institute of America (MIA) training in 2012. In 2014, she started her first Montessori school in Guangzhou, China. Ms. Annie came to United States in 2019 to participate in Montessori Teacher Preparation (MTP) and International Association of Montessori (IAPM) training programs. Besides teaching, Ms. Annie also enjoys singing and playing the piano. She also studies Orff’s music approach and her classroom is always filled with happy singing songs.
Lincoln Luk
Teaching Assistant
Mr. Lincoln graduated from UCLA with a technical background. He became passionate about children education when he was developing online classroom learning technologies previously with big names like VIPKid, Education First, BJYU’s...etc. Mr. Lincoln enjoys interaction time with children as they build self-confident in social and communication skills. During his free time, Mr. Lincoln loves Broadway performances and visiting outdoor sceneries.

Destiny Demery
Preschool Teacher
Destiny is an Oregon native that moved to the Seattle area in 2024. Prior to joining Ripple Montessori, Destiny served as a preschool teacher at KinderCare and Cadence Academy. To Destiny, the greatest joy of teaching lies in creating that warm and welcoming space where students can grow, explore, and discover their potential.
